Welcome to Nditoi ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website nditoi.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Services

Nditoi provides digital marketing, social media marketing, AI marketing systems, brand and media marketing, consulting and business promotion services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.

2. Bookings & Consultations

Free consultations are subject to availability. We aim to confirm bookings within 24 hours via email. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to platforms or assets required to deliver services. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Project work may require a deposit as outlined in your proposal. We accept payment methods specified on your invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets, templates, or tools used under licence. Nditoi retains the right to display completed work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nditoi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
